The roast beef is obviously good as it has been for years. Don't overlook their roast pork however as that's just as good and almost South Philly quality.

You obviously must eat the roast beef when you go here! Nick's Roast Beef is a place you might never go to because it is hidden with a strip of businesses on a minimally frequented area. If you find it and go inside, you'll be surprised that it is larger than you thought. The service is alright, definitely not a high class restaurant. The food was good, but I haven't been there since. I see it as a dive, but if you are looking for a place to call your own, with it's own attitude, you might have found it.

I've been stopping in here for years and the food is as good as ever. Always crowded so allow some extra time. Service is very good and the mixed drinks are just right. Absolute best roast beef or roast pork sandwich in Philly.

The serve the best roast beef sandwich in town. Its a quiet neighborhood bar with enough seating for a group of friends. The roast pork is excellent too. Great place for sandwich and beer.

I went here with an old friend, and it's a great pub with food style. Sometimes I really love just having a sandwich and beer at the bar. Kind of relaxing you know.

Great place for friday happy hour, bartenders are great. All soups are homemade and delicious. Pork, roastbeef, chicken salad, all were great.

o the food here is great. everyone who goes here has to try the chicken quesdaia's and the buffalo chips. thats what i order when i go there. the sevice kinda is lousey if you are a teenager because the waitresses treat you like you are sub human and think you are not going to tip them.
