Convenient location, real good Chinese food, one second off Rt. 77. Easy access on and off Rt. 77 for the snow birds, driving to the southern states. We always plan our driving so we can include a stop at Peking Chinese restaurant on our way South or North or both! The decor, alone, is worth a visit. Inlaid tables, and the BIG front door. Kid friendly, and ask the waitress which entree the kids could split. Great food, excellent portions.

One of the best Chinese Restaurants in the region. Once you eat here you will compare any other Chinese Restaurant to them. We have eaten here once a month or so for many years and they have consistly good service and great food. The Restaurant is beautiful and looks liek a Chinese Restaurant inside and out. Take the time to try them, you will not regret it.

I have been going to this establishment for around 20 years. When they are "ON" it is the best food I have ever had. I have dined in many places around the world. But when they are "off" which has happened around 8 times you better bring a "BARF" bag because you will need it! I have seen a decline in the past 3 years. You no longer get wooden chop sticks or the Tea, and have to request Chinese music to be played. I think profit over service is the prominent objective now. Seems to be a theme in this country now. I feel the era has passed for fine food with class. Just my thoughts. You might catch them on a GOOD day. Worth the gamble.

This is my favorite Chinese Restaurant, and I have been to many. The atmosphere is wonderfully elegant Chinese-- it is nothing like those tacky strip mall chinese restaurants, this place exudes class. My favorite meal? Hard to say, but the Sesame Chicken (Medium spicy) is up there, as is just about anything else they offer. Their egg roles are wonderful, and the Egg Drop soup is the best I've had. Whenever we are in the area, this is where we always go!

Peking is one of the nicest Chinese Restaurants I have seen in a long time. The atmosphere is breath taking. Not to mention the food. I ecspecially enjoy their Orange Chicken. If you are ever in the Wytheville, Va area and have a taste for some great Chinese Food, make sure you take the time to visit this restaurant. You won't regret it! Infact you will come back again.

The Peking Chinese Restaurant, located in Wytheville, VA , has a large selection of chinese food items at modest prices. The quality of their food is very good and you won't find better chinese cuisine without spending twice as much money. The General Tso's Chicken is my personal favorite. Their Scallops and snow peas are excellent as well as the egg rolls and selection of soups. The restaurant is kept clean and the service ranges from good to excellent. If you like chinese food, you will not be disappointed with the fare at Peking

My girlfriend and I have eaten here plenty of times. Even though we never know what we're going to get without asking the waitress, it is always good.

The best Chinese food this from the East Coast to Hawaii (and I have sampled a bunch of them in-between). The average price is $5-10, but their most expensive prices only go up to around $15 - for Cracked crab legs - only the upper part of the legs! Their shredded garlic dishes are wonderful and you can get it in a variety of meats, not just pork. They serve mandarin, Szechuan & Canton style dishes on a huge menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant is peaceful and beautiful with inlaid mother of pearl tables and chairs. they also serve the best mixed drinks in town.
