Best restaurant in Sacramento- The decor, the service, and the meals are outstanding. While a bit pricey, you won't be disappointed. One of the few restaurants where I think the price is comensurate with the dining experience. The butternut squash ravioli is excellent, but as the menu changes seasonally, it is not always available. Great appetizers and entrees, although I have not tried any of the salads or desserts. The serving staff is very knowlegable and they can always recommend a great dish, which wine to pair it with, etc. Utilize the staff, they are superbly professional and knowledgable, they are not merely 'food servers'. Definitely worth a visit at least once, so go ahead and splurge.

This place was amazingly busy when I went there, but it was well worth the wait. The food was great and the experience was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly as well. I have no complaints at all.

This is my favorite restaurant. I grew up in Sacramento, and now I live in the Bay Area, which is supposed to be known for its restaurants. Biba's is still at the top of my list. The food is amazing... everything from the appetizers to dessert is fantastic. It is pricey, but this is one of the few restaurants in this price range that I think you actually get what you pay for, in both food and atmosphere. Take someone you love here... it will be worth it!!
