Wasatch Broiler is one of our favorite places to eat. I love the chicken kabobs and rice. Yummy, yummy! The food also seems to be a bit less fattening than your typical restaurant food. There is a new location in Sugar House. Gets busy, so come early or be prepared to wait.

One of the restaurants I visit every week or so when I'm in Salt Lake. It has good food, reasonable prices, and pleasant atmosphere. Everything I've had has been very good, and it's pretty consistent for the most part. It can be pretty busy at times, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a table. Not the creme de la creme, but it's not trying to be a Stein Eriksen or a Grappa. It fits its niche very well and I highly recommend it.
