Taco Lobo has the best Mexican food in Bellingham. The food is fresh and not lardy at all. They have a great selection of entrees with the best chile rellenos in all of Bellingham -and great salsa too. Plus the staff is friendly and the place is fun! I highly recommend Taco Lobo.

Well there food is not all that good, but they do have a good asortment of salsas. Parking sucks, they don't have there own parking and It's in the middle of down town. There restraunt is not cozy at all and they prices are definetaly high!

I think that the prices were a little high! When I go out to eat I want to leave full. . .I usually don't when I eat there. However the food is very Mexican and not too Amercianized :-) Salsa bar is great. . .something for everyone! Very crowded for seating especially if you go around dinner or lunch. Outdoor seating is alright, chairs are big and comfy! But for this area it's still a little cold. Parking can also be a problem . . .the city still has parking meters, and the ones around there can only be payed for 1-2 hours. So watch your watch. . .and remember no feeding the meter! That's the only bad part. trying to enjoy a meal but worried about getting a ticket.

Prices are cheap - but small portions - the food is fresh and very flavorful, but small portions, you need to order a couple of things to feel full - my fave are all the salsas and wonderful chips - with carne asada tacos, and the carnitas taco plate.......good stuff!!! I believe they have bottled wine and beer.....not much seating and gets real crowded, have a heated outdoor seating area but right on a busy street....parking sucks......but worth the effort....family owned, pleasant counter service
