When I am paying more than $10 for pasta. I expect either exceptional food, or large portions. I found neither here. The food was average and the portions were on the smallish side. The is not a place I would willingly return to. Unless somebody else was picking up the tab. Even then I would hesitate.

Excellent selection of a wide variety of unique menu items. Great beverage list. Food was piping hot, all served at the same time for 8 of us at 9:20 PM. Service was very good, made you feel welcome, but had to look for our server a couple of times near the end of the meal. He should have checked back slightly more often for our preference. Outstanding value for the quality of meal.

Excellent fare, especially at the price! Custom mix 'n match your favourite pasta with your favourite sauce. My all time fave is gnocchi with dijon chicken...mmmm..... Decent wine list or if you're driving, try the italian soft drinks (I'm partial to Limonata). Great cappucino, too. btw if you go for lunch, order the large size and you'll have enough left over for dinner!

I discovered this restaurant through my Entertainment book. Regardless of the fact that we ate out for half price, the food and service were excellent. The decor was a montage of history, knick-knacks from days gone by. Even though the environment was a relaxed atmosphere, I sometimes wished that the style matched the quality of the food. I imagine, by the looks of its exterior, that the Coquitlam location is on par with Milestones or the new breed of Cactus Clubs, with their quality dining in a mature, but not stuffy, environmant. But I digress. Back to the food! I can't specifically recall what I ate (I believe it to be a sausage/meat sauce over fettuccini), but I know that I was full and ready to take my left overs home. Large portions abound in this restaurant. I enjoyed a pint of micro-brewery beer, my date had wine, and for two people who are hyper critical of where we eat, we really enjoyed this place. I would definitely go again!
