Von's Steak & Fish House

I love this place! Speaking as someone who has eaten at some of Edmonton's "so-called" best restaurants, Von's rates five-star as a total dining experience. From the minute you walk in the door, the fabulous service is overwhelming. A smiling hostess asks to take your coat and shows you to your seat. Walking into the dimly-lit room, the atmosphere seems to draw you in. With beautiful plants, antique wash stands and unique lamps, there isn't a bad seat in the house. If you're lucky, you'll be sat in front of the huge stone wood-burning fire place. I'm told that these seats are reserved well in advance. The serving staff are exceptional and the bussers are first class. The chef creates meals of the finest quality as well. Whether you're big on steak like me or are a pasta lover..etc, you'll be sure to find something that appeals to you. Try the B-B-Q Mixed Grill, or the Shrimp and Scallops Provincial.
