How utterly disappointing!! When will someone open up a decent Greek restaurant. This place was awful! Actually I came home and was ill. The spanakopeta was prepared (probably frozen) in a puff pastry, the same with the feta tyropita, rather than the phyllo dough, and both were rather barren on ingredients. I ate the spankopeta hoping for better taste with each bite -- quite to the contrary. The typopita I took one bite and left. The salad was tasteless, with a heavy oil side dressing (very cheap olive oil) which I tasted once and left; the falafel balls were burnt and hard, the dolmades were also tasteless (ate one). Several squares of old, cheap feta rounded out the meal. My husband's meal was not any better with an oily "grilled" salmon steak (it had the appearance of grilling at least), another tasteless salad (I took a bite and agreed), and some side veggies directly from CostCo. This place had a great review in the S.F. Chronicle or Contra Costa Times ... more

This a the best Greek restaurant in Northern California. They have everything from traditional Greek fare such as dolma and gyros to the all American wonderful hamburger. Food is great, prices very reasonable.

The greek food at this Greek resteraunt is very Americanized, according to my Greek friends, but the burgers... Are great! You can try a double pastrami burger, but not even Mick Jagger or Stephen Tyler could open his mouth wide enough to take a bite out of it! Right on the waterfront, they feature heated outdoor seating year-round. Order fries and you will recieve enough to feed a cub scout troop or two. Try it. You'll like it.

If you're not familiar with Greek food, try the sampler plate... wonderful! You'll be hard-pressed to choose a favorite. Salads are incredibly fresh. Very fast and friendly service. Though the dining room can get a little loud during meal times, they also have patio dining so you can relax and watch the boats and birds on the marina.
