This is by far the best of the fast food burger chains. The burgers
are wonderful and the fries are the best anywhere. The service
is very fast and you can customize your burger the way you want
it. The menu is simple burger, cheese-burger, double-double
(double meat double cheese) and fries. That is it. My wife likes
grilled onions, extra lettuce, extra tomato, I like double raw
onions. I have been eating at In-n-Out for my whole life and the
quality and service have remained virtually perfect. We plan
our road trips around In-n-Outs and have been to most of them in
California. None of us like the shakes. I get the lemonade and
squeeze in a couple of lemons.

I use to LOVE In-N-Out, but lately their burgers are a bit on the
raw side, (super pink on the inside) and I just can't stomach that.
The shakes are good and fries are great but need salt.

This is a "4" not in relation to all other restaurants, but to other
fast-food burger places. I have never been a "devotee" to the
In N Out phenomena, but let's just say that this place put other
fast-food burger joints to shame. First, the fries: nearly perfect.
Thin cut, crispy, firm (not soggy), with a clear potato taste.
Slight hedge here: they do tend to be a bit oily. The burgers are
tasty. You can actually taste the individual ingredients, and
they all taste fresh. It's just $5 for a filling double-double
meal. The counter service is friendly and always smiling. You
may have to wait a few minutes for your order because the drive-through
line is always long (and it's first-come-first-served for all
combined). They don't try to do many things adequately; they
just do a few things quite well.

My favorite hamburger.
The service is consistantely friendly and accurate with orders.
They customize your order with no complaints.
The fries are good too and lots for the price.

it's concerned, this is some of the more edible fast-food.

I think this place has the best burgers. The ingredients are always
fresh, the lettuce always crisp. I can't go back to the other fast
food restaurants.

In-N-Out Burger is kind of like the Grateful Dead to me. They
have an extremely devoted cult following that I am at a loss
to understand.
I've heard stories of people camping out the night before the
opening of a new In-N-Out just so they could be among the first
to eat there. Crazy.
I decided to see what all the fuss was about. I got a regular
cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke. I couldn't stomach the long
drive through line, so I decided to go in.
The service was quite good actually. I didn't get the vague
feeling that I was inconveniencing the staff that I usually get
at a fast food place. I hear they pay their employees more so
they can select the best people. It really shows.
The burger was good, but not awe inspiring. It was significantly
better than other fast food places, though. I found it
comparable to the burgers you get at Johnny Rocket's.
They need to work on their fries. People tell me how wonderful

A nice alternative to McDonald's. The food is freshly prepared
and I like the way they degrease the fries. The food is less dense
than other Fast food places however, and you might think that
you were eating a lot of air.
