I dined alone here on a Wednesday night and had a lovely time. The place was busy but not crowded with pretty hip-looking people, many who seemed to be regulars. I was delighted that the wine list had lots of interesting choices by the glass and nothing over $7 (they run the wine shop next door too)! I had a seafood risotto with shrimp, lobster and scallops that was simply perfect. Service was also simply perfect. I felt completely at home there. The location is also terrific right in the heart of downtown Modesto with lots of cafes, night clubs, bars and a very cozy-looking cigar lounge called Cheroot!

The food is good, but the atmosphere didn't click with me. The place is a bit small. A big plus is the fact that they have gift certificates.

This is a great place to meet friends after a function to wind down and tast awesome wines from all over. My friends and I frequent the bar area and order all sorts of pastas and salads. It is a damn good place to impress a date!

I have visited Tresetti's many times and I am always satisfied with my evening. My friends and I always have a great time sampling wines from all over and munching on appetizers and thier delicious pasta! I is a great place to meet someone for the first time. The atmosphere is wonderful.

Although I travel throughout the Bay area, this nonetheless is one of my favorite restaurants. They offer an electic fare with a California/Mediterran slant. Be sure to start your meal with either crab cakes or Roast Garlic and Brie. Entree's are all seasonal and pastas are wonderful. Attentive staff with limited seating (about 12 tables). So be sure to make reservations on the weekends.
