Have only eaten here at lunch. Comfy older atmostphere, with good service and above average food. Popular for lunch. Crab Louie is one of their specialties.....worth coming back for. Haven't had a bad meal, or a bad experience.

As we know the delightful owner of this restaurant, we have had the pleasure of being guests here. What a great spread!! I was speechless. Any food you can imagine was in front of us. Shellfish, greek, asian, italian...and all the desserts you could want. Also an impressive wine selection. From what I understand, the place has seriously improved when the owners changed. I highly recommend anyone check this place out as you will be happily surprised. Great service too! I recommend the Mexican Shrimp and the prime rib. EXCELLENT!

Kind of funny decor – hokey with wagon wheels and the like. There are three main rooms, with some tables and booths. There is a bar and t.v. in one of the rooms. There is also an additional dining room that is sort of void of character. I was there for brunch, and this additional room is used for brunch, but it might not be needed for lunch or dinner. The buffet brunch is $20 - including champagne, juice, and/or coffee. There are peel-and-eat shrimp, crab legs, salmon, omelets made to order, carved roast beef, rolled pancakes filled with apples, strawberry blintzes, waffles, fruit, desserts, etc. It’s not really a fancy place and the clientele (at least for brunch) is not upscale, but the food is good and it’s definitely worth the price.

We have frequented SpinaYarn 2 or three times a year. Really a nice place with a nice menu, seafood, pasta, steak and chicken with some veal thrown in. I would have rated it a 4 however the quality consistency is not there. There are times when everything is excellent, and others that you wonder why you came. During the last year 1999, although the place offers what could be a fine relaxed atmosphere you just never know. When the service and quality become consistently great as it once was my family, friends and I will frequent it more often.

Just got back from one of the best Sunday Brunches my wife and I have been to in a long while. Hugh spread. Can't think of what was missing. If you like Sunday brunches give this place a try.
