Great menu! The Sabz Pakore (vegetablesin spiced garbanzo
batter, deep fried) were so good, even the non-vegetable
eater at our table gobbled them up. Try the Malai Murgh
Tikka (kebob of chicken breasts marinated in herbs, spices
and cheddar cheese) or even better, Murgh Tikka Kebab,
(spiced chicken with mild herbs, charcoal broiled), the
most juicy, delicately flavored chicken I have ever had.
Rasoi also offers plenty of vegetarian entrees, like
sauteed cauliflower and potatoes with tomatoes and green
peas, or mixed vegetable curry with dried fruits in a
cream tomato sauce.
The ambiance is lovely, with decorative faux painted
walls, deep wood tones, and soft lighting. The service is attentive,
but at a relaxed pace; don't go if you are
in a hurry.
