Great menu! The Sabz Pakore (vegetablesin spiced garbanzo batter, deep fried) were so good, even the non-vegetable eater at our table gobbled them up. Try the Malai Murgh Tikka (kebob of chicken breasts marinated in herbs, spices and cheddar cheese) or even better, Murgh Tikka Kebab, (spiced chicken with mild herbs, charcoal broiled), the most juicy, delicately flavored chicken I have ever had. Rasoi also offers plenty of vegetarian entrees, like sauteed cauliflower and potatoes with tomatoes and green peas, or mixed vegetable curry with dried fruits in a cream tomato sauce. The ambiance is lovely, with decorative faux painted walls, deep wood tones, and soft lighting. The service is attentive, but at a relaxed pace; don't go if you are in a hurry.

Excellent food, service and ambiance. One of the newer Indian restaurants in town. Offers some unique dishes not found at other Indian restaurants. The sevice is very efficiant and very friendly. Bar with several beers and good selection of wines. Buffet lunch served weekdays for $ 5.95 - a bargain!!! Open late on weekends - an excellent place to hang out with friends and enjoy Indian food.

The newest Indian restaurant in San Francisco. Beautiful and colorful decor is only the backdrop for the best Indian food in town. Their slogan is "Indian food with a new attitude" and they deliver. The food is very fresh and many of the dishes are not found in other Indian restaurants. They have a bar that serves beer and wine only, with 7 beers on tap, including Guinness, Bass and microbrews The service is very friendly and professional. They serve a buffet lunch for only $5.95 Mon-Fri, and Dinner is served every night 5:30 - 10:30. They are also serving supper from 10:30pm to 1:30am Fri and Sat.
