I am not a vegetarian, but my doctor says "cut down on the fats" so I
have. I have missed a lot of the foods I used to eat, but this is the
closest to the real thing I have found. They offer 100% meat free
dishes. They are excellent and it is, for me, impossible to tell that
the "meat" is'nt really meat at all.
