The pork chop with corn and mashed potatoes would make a lot of Midwest mothers jealous.
The quesadillas and the bruschetta are both excellent appetizers. A good martini and a decent, economical wine list rounds out the evening.
I try to eat there every time I'm in town. Friends to whom I have recommended the Tavern Grill have all agreed: Good food, good portions and good service. That's enough for me.

OK- this place is new, cool and the Manager, Nick, is really first-class.
I was tipped off to this place by a former 49er who had an awesome rib dinner
as well as great service! There's music nightly and a killer late nite Sunday
bar scene. Definitely worth checking out!
