NEW ADDRESS: This great place has moved to 232 Harbor Blvd in Belmont. it's larger and looks more impressive has bigger staff, but has the same WONDERFUL food and the same charming owners. Give this place a try!!

I discovered P&P from the reviews in this page and am now thoroughly hooked. The food is fresh, flavorful, and they will adjust the ingredients to your preferences. Michelle and her husband run a great little restaurant that I now find I patronize at least twice a week. Try the Kung Pao Chicken, Hunan Shrimp, or Mongolian Beef which are especially good.

Atmosphere: None Food: Great. I agree with the reviewer who compared it to the San Francisco Hunan. The smoked meat is to die for.

P & P is a small restaurant with very good Hunan food. The chef/ owner and his wife are very friendly and obliging. Our favorites are an unusual cold chicken noodle salad, and the delicious "Chef's Special"(seafood).

This is related figuratively and literally to Henry Chung's famous Hunan restaurant in San Francisco. The menus are almost identical. There never is a wait and the couple that run it are extremely friendly. PLEASE PATRONIZE -- it's by far the best Chinese food in San Carlos and it'd be terrible if it goes away.

We bring ALL of our out of town guests here. And even our toddler (aka Mr. Picky-eater) likes the spicy Hunan green beans. We get those EVERY time we come. You get big plates of food, with a good balance of meat:veggies. We've been there probably a dozen times, and we've never had a bad meal.

This place has really excellent Hunan food. Not just spicy but also very flavorful. It's a small place with a friendly owner/cook. Very consistent food. It's also priced at the low end for Chinese food.
