Sometimes their hamburgers have too much mayo on them even after I request to have less. I like the banana cream pie because it's not too sweet. Their hours are what's best about this place. They're open past midnight.

If you want a big, sloppy, great tasting burger try Nations! They make them all the same, well, medium to well done, and I'm a person who only likes her meat rare, but for some reason it doesn't matter on a Nation's burger. They put so much lettuce, tomatoe, mayo, onion, etc on the bun that you don't even notice that the meat is not done to perfection. They taste great! They also make a good breast of chicken sandwich too! I've heard breakfast is good too, but never have had it. The fries are great. I ask for mine with no salt and they are always happy to accommodate me. The pies are good, especially the chocolate cream pie. For a fast food place I'd rate this the best!

Of the hundreds of places I've had hamburgers at, this comes second only to In-And-Out. ONE BIG POINT: I really wanted to give this place 4 1/2 stars. As you WILL wait a long time for your food, regardless of when you go. I believe you can call ahead. I guess they are just always way too busy, but with only a half dozen items on the menu, it's no excuse. Many times we've longed to grab some Nation's but did not want to deal with an average 15 minute wait for your food on the weekends. Not it in the fast food range. But the hamburgers are phenomenal, as is the chicken sandwich. They do pie pretty fantastic too. Their fries are no In-And-Out's, but they're good. The breakfast is fair by the way, as the portions are mezzo-mezzo.

Hungry? Starved? Famished? Well, you have come to the right place for a recovery. Nation's is my favorite restaurant in the world!! Try the thick shakes, the enormous breakfasts, and especially the berry and chocolate cream pies. Mmm Mmm good. You can be sure that the quality is the best around town. The juicy hamburgers are served freshly (right after you order, they are put on the grill). I gotta go...this is making me crave Nation's.

Absolutely the best hamburgers in my opinion. Make sure you have plenty of napkins. You can also customize your burger in case you don't like any of the items they normally put on the burger (onions, lettuce, tomato, salad dressing, mayo, mustard, etc.). If you are a vegetarian, try the Harvester. Basically a hamburger but with a grain patty that is very tasty as well. Don't forget to get a slice of pie too! Or buy a whole or a half of a piece and take it home for a midnight snack! Located at the Westlake Shopping Center, it is almost always busy and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
