Food is only on the fair side for the price. Service is slow. Atmoshere is good, especially in the bar were there is entertainment. Very expensive night leaves you unsatisfied.

Mediterranean food a cut above average. The service can be a bit slow, but the seafood and Mediterranean basics were really quite good. The outside is very nice. I went back and forth on whether this place deserved 4 or 5 stars, but in the Mediterranean cuisine realm, it deserves 5.

This is a GREAT restaurant. Service is sometimes a bit slow, but worth the wait. Outdoor dining by the waterfall is a real treat. The drinks are excellent - you can taste the liquor, no skimping there - best Margarita around. Also, great live jazz in the bar on Friday and Sat night.

Have been here many times, food is terrific, nice wine selection, too. Enjoy dining on the patio outside. One of the better restaurants in Danvill/San Ramon area.

I have traveled the entire world and have eaten at the finest five star resteraunts. Faz is one of my all time favorite places on the planet. I highly recommend as an appetizer the pasilla pepper - it makes your tongue dance. As for entrees, order either the veal or pork chop, rack of lamb, kabobs, or seafood. Faz has a tremednous variance of items to choose from and daily specials. As a side note, always ask for the head chef, Dolly Jacoby to assist you on your choices. In doing so she will personalize your platter. She is also a wonderful/carbonated soul and a lot of fun to chat with. your asssured house made pastries made daily for dessert. Enjoy your experience!!! Go! Go! Go!

For the price, service is poor and the inside ambiance ranks as simple -- looks like a restaurant that has changed hands several times and ended up as Faz. Bar not a bad place to get a simple dinner and a drink. Seems to be a favorite place for contractors.

Outstanding service, great atmosphere and the food is very good. This is a beautiful restaurant and dining outside makes it even better. The smoked meats are truly the best things on the menu.

Faz has some of the best Mediteranean food in the East Bay. The restaurant is attractive although it appears to need some maintenance. The smoked meats are always a good choice and the Naan-like (warm soft Indian bread) is a nice touch.
