The food is not good at all and the service is mediocre at best.
The decor/atmosphere is contrived and does nothing to contribute
to any real Caribbean feeling. Giving it the benefit of the doubt
we will rate it "average, " and that is being VERY generous in
the rating.

Their service was bad and the food was awful! We went there for
my friend's birthday and because there were about 10 people in
the party, they wanted us to order from a limited menu (about 6
entrees).
It took them a long time to get our food to the table and they were
cold. The mashed potato my husband had was so cold that it had a
crust on it. And I felt sorry for the people who ordered steak that
night. They wren't big servings to begin with, and half of the
steaks were fat. My husband was so upset with the food that they
reluctantly took his order off the bill.
The only good things about the place were the decor and their drinks.
But it is not a place I will visit again.

If you've been to the Caribbean and enjoyed the food
there, don't expect a replication here. The food at
Caribbean Zone bears only a pale resemblance to what
you will find in the Caribbean. The atmosphere is
pretty contrived, but I give the folks who set it up
credit for trying.

My friend and I went there for lunch today and to research
the location for a business dinner party. The food was
terrific. I had the Jerk Chicken (pretty kicky) and my
friend had the Crab Melt. We finished with the Chunky
Monkey dessert. The presentation of the dessert was really
cool. I agree that the service was friendly, but a bit
slow. We're going back next week for that large business
party starting with cocktails in the airplane and they
promise we'll have faster service. If there's anything
exceptional about it I'll submit another review.

A fun place - great atmosphere. They put a lot of effort
into designing the place, including putting in the
fuselage of an old airplane and using it as a lounge.
The food is quite good, but the tropical drinks are the
real attraction.

Great atmosphere. Feels like your in the middle of a lush, tropical
jungle. The food overall is very good, but the Jerk Chicken is the
best dish on the menu. If you are going during lunch hours be sure to
make reservations or you may have a long waait. The service is
friiendly, thouugh rather slow. Take a peek in the airplane while
your there.
