They just added grilled sandwiches to the menu! Probably scared as Quizno's is on the way to montreal.

If you want quick and healthy, it's a good bet. But I wouldn't go out of my way. I think they may be introducting some organics soon.

Nice fresh sandwiches, lots of vegetables, very healthy fast-food. On a shopping spree, it's a nice break. But the competition is still better.
