Very good French restaurant. They have what you'd expect from a top notch Feench bistro, if you know your French food. The exception being that in the spring they have spring salt-marsh lamb. There are only two places in the world that have this specialty - and one is in the province of Quebec - and, L:es PRimeurs s the only place in Montreal that i know of that serves this treat. It gets its name simply by the fact that these animals graze in a marsh situated in salt water (a rarity, I guess) so they need no salt in their cooking - they are pre-salted! <br> and very tasty....
