The reason I first went to the Blue Star is because it was recommended
by many of the restaurant staff mambers from around town. This
is where the restaurant people go to eat when they want fine dining.
They have a large and rotated wine selection and also feature
a great selection of appertif wines by the glass. The dining atmosphere
is smaller (50 people?), but slightly loud when busy. Service
is impeccable and proffesional showing a knowledge of the menu,
the specials and the wine selection.
