If you're ever in the area, you absolutely have to eat here. It's the best food I've had in a long time.

Mandatory place to eat when in SLC, UTAH. The best food I've eaten in a long time. The variaty was excellent. The wait staff was subpurb. The salad bar was great but only took very little to save room for the meats, vegetables, and pineapple that were served on swerers seasoned and grilled to perfection. Diffenently a great experience.

A much better value than many of the big churrascaria chains. Some of those have a better selection of meats and better quality of meats, but the stuff here is pretty good. The "salad" bar has plenty of interesting stuff, too, but those items will only save the restaurant money while you pass up the good stuff. I like to ask for extra pineapple and eat some with every bite of meat. It cuts through the richness, too.

I loved Rodizios in the Trolley Square Mall. I have been there too many times to count. The food is excellent and is all you can eat. Food just keeps coming out from Brahma Bull to Steak to Chicken to the cooked pineapple which is my all time favorite dish there. I also love the Salad Bar. This is a definately a place to go. I go there atleast every year for my Birthday which I've made into a tradition to gather with friends and family. I would and do recommend this restaurant to all meat lovers.

All the reviews here are spot on...Rodizio offers an excellent value for excellent food, in a fun, unique atmosphere. Only drawback is they can't make a proper Caipirhina, but you can't get a decent cocktail anywhere in Utah, so that is not their fault.

Meat! Meat! Meat! The mashed potatoes, fried bananas, and of course the many different meats make this a place you must visit!
Expect a loud, party atmosphere.
A great place for groups and especially if you're on a low-carb diet.

The best meat selection anywhere. And never, never pass on the grilled pineapple. They'll keep feeding you until you beg them to stop... and then they offer you desert. Of course, the desert is so good, you'll have wished you saved some room.

Wonderful service and amazing food! I loved the beef——however, the rattlesnake and the alligator were also really good. Perhaps my favorite was the baked pineapple; you can eat that all day and leave still wanting more! Get the Full Rodizio——the servers come around and if they see your shaker in the green, they serve you; if it is in the red, they will pass you by. There used to be another Rodizio's in Provo, but unfortunately, they had to close. :(

With just one hour's notice for a reservation, they were able to accomodate a party of eight adults and a small child. The salad bar is loaded with not only the standard fare, but wonderful veggies and unusual (and delicious) salad makings such as palm hearts! The decor, including the plate signed by B.B. King and the beautiful view from the second story restaurant's window tables just add to this immensely popular epicurean delight.
Others have already mentioned the wonderful varieties of beef, ham, pork, lamb, aligator, rattlesnake, sausages, and other assorted (and often exotic) meats. Few have mentioned, though, the grilled pineapple, or the veggie kabobs, etc. that were every bit as wonderful as the endless parade of grilled meats.
The meal, the reception, the management, the waitstaff, the servers (in knee high boots and wearing hand-loomed waist sashes), the dessert trolley hostess, the decor, and (especially) the food could not have been better. It's hard to improve on perfection. For an unforgettable night of dining, this is the #1 place to go in Salt Lake City, and maybe in all of Utah! My highest recommendation.

The best value meal for the dollar in salt lake city. My wife and I like to go here when we are really hungry for around the same price you would spend on a couple of entrees and drinks at other places you can eat your fill from the fully stocked salad bar and the non-stop parade of meats and other selections. ranging from exotic (alligator, rattle snake), to traditional (prime rib, top sirloin) to the BEST desserts in town. This is a must visit restaurant in Salt Lake City.

Very good food, and you wont go home hungry (unless you're not a meat eater). My only real complaint with this place is it is over-priced for what you get. But even with the high prices, it's definitely worth eating there at least once. I've been there twice -- once just to sit and eat, and one other time, my company paid for it! They are known to serve some exotic meats once in awhile, too... such as aligator and snake. I took my wife to eat there, and $50 later, we were full.

You can stuff yourself silly at this place. I agree with everyone who said you wont go away hungry. They come to your table numerous times with different types of meats. They even have snake sausages. Its all really good. The salad bar is huge and also has some different things as well such as quail eggs. Very good! Gone back many times.

This is a good place to eat especially if you are on the Atkins Diet.

They have meat, meat, and more meat. They different choices of meat and chicken is great carved right off of the skewer at your table.

The atmosphere is hectic and busy. Choose a time to visit when the majority of people are at work or busy watching American Idol or the Bachelor. This way you will get better service and plenty of food choices brought to your table. I have been to the Rodizio several times and when it is busy I always feel like it take much to long to get the meats I like the most brought to my table.

I am not on the Atkins Diet but am on High Protien Diet and love meat after a good day of lifting weights. They do have menu items but most people go to order the all you can eat meat and side dish buffet. The meat is always fresh and cooked to perfection. I Recommend the Rodizio to big meat eaters.

Great experience. More food than you could ever wish for. There is something for all taste buds. Very busy, however, so arrive early to get seated in a timely manner.

WOW this is great if you like a lot of meat. The first time i came here it was right when it had opened and they were obviously having a hard time working because we ordered a couple of sandwiches that took about an hour! no joke. but it is much better now.

The full rodezio!!!! Try the pickled quail eggs, just one of the unusual choices at the salad bar. My daughter enjoys the fried bananas. This a real "carnivor's" heaven. You can try a seemingly unlimited variety of meats, poultry, fruits cooked over open flame. The desserts are so rich and delicious it is difficult to finish one. The servers are friendly and fun. There costumes add to the overall experience. This is place is worth travelling out of your way to visit.

The Full Rodizio is definitely the way to go here. More food than

anyone can imagine. Get there early for no waiting for a table. We were there at 5:00 on Friday but by 7:00 the wait was at least

an hour. Worth every penny! The best in SLC.
