Flamingo Grill

I hadn't been here in years! My dad use to take us to Myrtle Beach for vacations and this was one of our "must have" restaurants. So, when I had the opportunity again this year, I was all over it. What I do remember of the Flamingo Grill, as a kid, was their style. A sophisticated feel mixed with the look of a 50's diner (you know, everything is chromed and checkered up) and you've got a mood for any part of your stay. Whether its a date, business, or family, this place is sure to fit your needs. First and foremost, I must say that you have to have the lobster chunks. How could you not pass up a mouthwatering cold-water lobster tail deep-fried and served with a homemade bernaise sauce? But the highlight of the menu is their seafood/steak combinations. My personal favorite, the steak oscar, is a juicy 8 ounce fillet medallion served with a generous portion of sea scallops, asparagus, and bernaise sauce all on top of the fillet.
