This is actually a review for their restaurant on Beltline...we
were seated promptly for a weekend evening, about a 5 minute wait.
The high seating is a bit uncomfortable. Good selection of meats
and veggies to put in your bowl...make sure you overload it, as
when it's grilled, it's going to lose a lot of its size. The gong
that they struck every once in a while was somewhat of an annoyance...but
overlookable. Overall, you probably need to have a sense of what
works well together to ensure that you have a pleasurable dish
of food...if you aren't somewhat culinarily-inclined, you
might make a mistake of food combinations that would end up with
a displeasurable result.

I have eaten at the Ghengis Grill on Beltline, but decided to try
the original on Greenville. My companion and I went for a late
lunch (which was charged as dinner much to our chagrin, and caused
us to dislike the unyielding waitress). We found as we did at the
other Grill a lovely spread of meat portions, vegetables and
sauces. I like putting shrimp, tofu, cabbage, bean sprouts and
peanut sauce together to make a modified Padd Thai. The grill
masters always do a good job of grilling our food and we eat until
we are stuffed.
The wait staff is a little snooty as is often the case in the trendier
restaurants, but we choose to ignore that and keep them hopping
bringing us refills.
But the atmosphere is pleasant enough though I hate the tall chairs.
Very uncomfortable. But very trendy.

Great choice of sauces and spices, meats were fresh and well trimmed,
takes this genre to a new level. Outstanding place.
