This was a really excellent seafood restaurant. Everything was wonderful, including the service. For appetizers we had oysters, crab cakes, and the clam chowder. We mentioned to the waiter that all the other appetizers were as good as, or better than, the best we had ever had, except the oysters, which were, nevertheless, quite good. The waiter then brought us an additional plate of a different variety of oysters (which were among the best we ever had). Based upon the other dine.com reviews, I tried the Halibut. I usually find halibut boring, but this halibut was delicious. We also had the lobster and the Loup de Mer, each was excellent. The vanilla cheesecake and crème brulee were both superior. The service was outstanding throughout. They also have a shuttle to the music center, making this an excellent before theater, opera, or ballet meal.

Very good but way too pricy. You almost get the same thing at a red lobster or bonefish grill. If you have the money try it out.

Known as "the best seafood in Southern California", we went there for our 4 yr anniversary. The staff suggested we have 4 lb lobsters to celebrate appropriately and we aggreed. It was extremely well cooked and just mouth watering. They even treated us to dessert on the house for our special occasion. Truely a memorable event.

This is the countries best seafood restaurant west of Le Bernardin. Nowhere in California can you get seafood of this quality. The Loup de Mer is outstanding, so is the vanilla cheesecake. The service is very friendly and competent. The wine list ecletic with a lot of finds. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
