This cow has definitely been tipped. Metrotainment (who owns
the restaurant) has been spending more attention on Garrison's
(it's upscale restaurant) and has seen this one-time favorite
suffer. Burgers are still good and steaks are still the best dollar
value intown, but the food quality has dropped overall.
<br>
There's plenty of room for improvement and hopefully it'll
be back to normal standards.

Great food and friendly service. You can sit either in or outside
and be very comfortable. I've been there a hand full of times and
never been disappointed.

Love the food, and the atmosphere is one of the best in Midtown,
especially when you choose to sit on the patio overlooking Piedmont
Rd. The open-minded and gay-friendly staff at Cowtippers makes
any dining experience fun!
