Please, do not eat at the stockyard unless you want to be ripped off completely. The food is ridiculously overpriced and in reality is just OK. Between myself and 2 friends of mine we recently spent almost $300 including tip and the food and the experience just weren't worth it. I wouldn't have minded the money if they were and you'd never be reading this. Save your money and go to the Hard Rock or even Outback steakhouse. You can eat there for a week at what you'll spend at the stockyard and it will be worth what you pay (and the wait staff will be a lot friendlier.) Please, save yourself the ripoff and don't go there. Tell all of your friends not to fall victim either. The Stockyard is a ripoff.

WAY overpriced for what you get. The service was okay - seemed a little disinterested in serving my wife and I. They crammmed us into a little table under a TV by the bar and people walked into our table all night long. The steaks were overcooked (although they did replace them) and the waiter forgot our appetizer. $150 for two steaks, two baked potatoes and crab cakes seems a bit excessive. In the future I will save the money and go to someplace where they act like they actually want my money. Overrated - stay away.

Was truly disappointed with my experience. I have no idea how they became a top 10 steakhouse. The quality of the steak was good BUT unflavorful. This is not what I expected, but not surprised since the reviews are mixed.

Great steaks, but more flash than I need. Nashvilles tinsel and rheinstone steak bar, is very popular, and deservedly so, but I'm more into the food than the celebrity watching (if there were any there the night I went, I never saw them), so perhaps I was expecting too much, from so highly rated an eatery.

awesome steakhouse and the best one I've ever been to. The service is outstanding and the steaks are just awesome. The also have a shuttle that will come pick you up from a downtown hotel. GO EAT HERE - you will not be disappointed.

Wow, these steaks compare well to any served in the more famous steak houses (Ruth Chris, Mortons, etc). Not cheap, but definitely worth it for a special occaision.
