We were driving from Austin to Dallas and realized we were starving. We basically pulled off at a random exit and right into the La Fiesta parking lot. Now we stop there every time we pass through Waco. I've even been known to drive from Dallas to Waco just to satisfy a craving for bacon wings and the best shrimp enchiladas I've ever had. Everything is absolutely OUTSTANDING!! La Fiesta is really the only reason I have to be glad Waco exists...no offense to the locals.

Sam, are doing a little braging there bud? Well I would too if I had the best Mexican food place in town. Hands down, Sams got it going on. I know that La Fiesta is a family owned restaurant that has been handed down over the years. Sam has done a good job in keeping it the number one Mexican food place to eat. The food is top self and the service second to none. I'll be seeing you soon Sam, can't go very long without a La Fiesta dinner. A little iside info guy's, the lady's love it. Take them there, it's a big hit. Hey Sam, did I here you were opening another place?

This restaurant is, by far the most wonderful tex-mex establishment that I have ever been to. It is the total package because the service is always friendly and efficient, the hot sauce is like a taste of heaven, and the customer recieves delicious and an abundant amount of food for extremely affordable prices. All in all it is awesome.

great dineing the chip and salsa are loved by my family but its really the Bacon Wings and the main entrees that i loved the most about this place so if your ever there eat some Bacon Wings
