Another one that's overpriced and over rated. Take people
here if you want to impress them by throwing away money.

Inside a little frame house built in 1916, this nationally recognized
46-seat café opened in 1979 and is still going strong. Elegance
is the operative term at this spot where the menu changes every
week, and the wine list encompasses more than 400 international
choices. For an appetizer, try the king crab-stuffed squash
blossoms or fresh Kachemak Bay oysters. The outstanding made-at-your-table
Caesar salad is a superb opener for the baked halibut with a macadamia
crust served with coconut curry sauce and fresh mango chutney.
A second Marx Brothers' Cafe, housed in the Anchorage Museum
of History and Arts, provides casual dining for lunch and dinner

Well to say the least the food here is great. When you eat here make
sure that you savee enough room and money to enjoy every aspect
of the menu. Everything is good from the salad the the desert.
Event even the coffee is great. Try it out for lunch.

My friend used to work here so I got quite a bit of the fine food from
marx bros. for free. It is terrific food, however if I had to pay
the real prices for the food I might think twice before coming
here more than once a year.

One of Anchorages premier fine dinning spots. they've been
featured on Food TV. Selection changes and is always 5 star. Reservations
are required. It is one of the more expensive dinning facilities
in town, but it is truly worth the expoerience--especially for
a really special occasion. The also have a great selection lfo
fine wines.
