Excellent sit down chain burger place. Great selection of burgers so there is something for everyone on the menu. The steak fries are the best and its all you can eat. Always sprinkle the seasoning on the fries. They have a full bar also so you can get a nice drink also.

Great fries, burgers. if you want a fun place to celebrate this is the place to take kids, family. prices are higher for burgers than a drive through. i doubt you would be disappointed in the burgers. if you are be sure to let them know.

Not the best service. The Tacoma Red Robin is much better. This Red Robin has a friendlier location, but the service is not up to par. Avoid Red Robin during the fair, it is just too busy. Their prices have all gone up and happy hour no longer exists. The burgers are good though. Clucks and Fries are also tasty. I always ask for a side of teriyaki sauce to dip them in.

Easily best burger chain. Atmosphere is great and its just a fun time. Burgers are a little pricey but how can you go wrong with the all you can eat steak fries. Mad mixology drinks are awesome and not any more expensive than your local bar. My kids love the place and it has become my family's first choice for fun dining. the lines are long so be prepared to wait. Better than Chilis which has become old hat to me.

The best hamburgers and how can you not love the place with all you can eat french fries?? can be very crowded with a long wait, but well worth it. A huge selection of different burgers. the price is a little hight, but you pay for the atmosphere also.

GREAT food here! I have yet to find a menu item that I didn't enjoy. I seem to gravitate to the 5-alarm burger these days. I exchange the beef patty for chicken breast. Very spicy and full of flavor. The service here is generally good, though one visit the food was 30 minutes late. The manager brought the food out to us with the check and said that it was on the house because of the long wait! Great way to keep the customer happy! Highly recommend this place!

Here is another restaurant chain that I have been to a few Canadian locations before. I found this to be on par with the others. Good food, reasonable portions, pleasent and polite staff.
