the food is great.. the service is great...
and the people who own the place are the
friendliest i have ever met... made us feel
like we had been coming there for 50 years...
now because of the service and food.. they
may see us for the next 50 years... hee hee...

eggplant fingers are to die for...
One of the places I miss most noot living in Louisiana. When I
worked in Gretna, I ate at Mandina's at least once a week. The prices
are reasonable, the food is to die for and the service is great.
Some of their best: Stuffed Artichokes, Stuffed Mini Peppers,
Spaghetti and Meatballs (2 for 1 Tuesday), Chicken with artichoke
and mushroom sauce
(made by Kari), Veal Parmesan. To be honest I love everything
at Mandina's.
This place is family owned and operated...Mr.Tony or Ms. Grace
will often greet you at the door.
Save room for the chocolate cake...OMG chocolate lovers watch
out!
