One of the better cafe's I've eaten at. The staff is very friendly
and everything I've tried on the menu has been top notch.

Me and my 3 sisters love the Mill Stop Cafe. We came to know about this
family and it's restuarant when they were located on 8th Street
in Colorado Springs. The place was called Estella's. Boy do we
miss being able to eat there on a weekly basis. Any opportunity that
me and my sisters get we drive to Pueblo to enjoy the fantastic food.
We love the red sauce salsa and the Jalapeno Pepper sauce. The El Burro
is our favorite entree. Thank you for making our visits so personable.
We also love the waitress that calls all the females "girlfriend".
Thanks again,
The Tafoya sisters, Yvonne, Angie, Laura, and Ida
and our sweet Angel girl Angelica who died in October-2005. Mill Stop
was also her favorite place to eat Mexican food.

Mill Stop is a local favorite. It used to be the very best Mexican
Food in town.... now generally considered in the top 5. And in
Pueblo, there is a lot of competion for Mexican Food.
Mill Stop is always busy.. not a good place to meet discreetly.
It is loud, cheery and has great service

Greatest mexican food in town. Hard to eat there on a lunch hour
because of the wait. Small dining area, but clean restaurant
and good service.
