Tsing Tao has been in the same location for years. The good news is
that new ownership has brought in a stellar chef and management staff
from Wuxi (pronounced "Whooshi") China. The chef has been
experimenting with new regional dishes, the signature being Wuxi
Spareribs. Shrimp dishes are also taff is extremely friendly and
helpfull and is ever ready to provide suggestions for new and unusual
regional Chinese dishes. Highly recommended and most welcome to a
generally moribund Marin Chinese restaurant scene.
