I attended a wedding reception at the Cafe Del Rio. Salmon was wonderful. The atmosphere is romantic and the service is excellent. During the summer they have tables available outside overlooking the nature walk and the Arkansas River. I definitely want my boyfriend to take me there for our next date! This is one of Pueblo's best!!!!
