The health inspector thing is scarey. But I still go for the aggie
special. you can't go wrong with a block of cheese, brisket,
and a loaf of bread served up on butcher paper. Great BBQ sauce.

For years a staple of the College Station dining scene. Still
going strong. Food served on butcher paper. Good BBQ and the rest
of the menu is good too. Fun, friendly and not too expensive. Not
too crowded either. Overall, a good place for a good time.

I used to go all the time...., problem is now, that they were closed
down not to long ago by the health department for failing their
health inspection multiple times in a roll. They were closed
for about 3 weeks, and then reopened with a slightly newer sign
outside, not too sure whats up with that, dont know if they are tring
to hide the fact that they were closed down, tring to make ppl think
they were closed for remodeling, I dont know.... All I know you
won't catch me back in their...

Good food at a reasonable price. If your in town for school or buisness,
or if you just live here, try this place out. You won't be dissapointed.

Decent barbecue joint. The real grab is that your food is served
on wax paper rather than a plate. Used to be that you would only
get a knife but in recent years they caved and given the customer
the spoon and fork as well. All in all not a bad meal.
