The best Chicago deep dish pizza around. If you want the steak of pizza's
come to Old Chicago Pizza. Yes the pizza is a little on the pricey side,
but it is worth it. The salads are great along with their dressings.
The original location is great looking at Petaluma's historic
downtown on the second floor of the Lan Mart Building.

Best pizza anywhere -- go for the deep dish sourdough. These are
seriously weighty pizzas, with lots of toppings on -- there is
no way you will leave hungry. The pizzas are placed on pedastals
with candles in the base to keep them warm, and the server will
put your first slice on the plate for you. The salads are merely
okay, and come on plates that are too small, but you can transfer
your salad to the larger pizza plate at your place, which is just
the right size. The staff will cheerfully bring you another plate
for your pizza. If you're eating in, get the garlic bread,
salad, and a glass of wine, and your life will be complete.
This building used to be a brothel, and if you wander down the hall
you can see the doors where the ladies must have entertained.
It's said the ladies used to put themselves on view in the
windows, to attract customers.
A block away is the Petaluma River, with its authentic, not-gussied-up,
not-plasticized, waterfront. Strol ...

Price rating is for Large Pizza... Sure, they're pricey, but
they're the best in Sonoma County. Only a real Chicago pie from
Gino's or Uno/Due would give this stuff a run for its money. My
recommendation? Large Double Crust (sausage/pepperoni/medium
garlic). Too much cheese, though...

Best deep dish pizza in the Bay Area... Bar NONE. Divine double crust
pizzas, if you don't mind waiting 45 minutes for it to bake. Good
personal pizzas for lunch at a good price. ($5.99 with salad & drink
last I checked)

This is my favorite Pizza restaurant. Takes a bit longer
to bake than other places but many find it worth it (25-30
minutes). My favorite is the vegetarian (onion, bell
pepper, olive, mushroom & garlic) with fresh tomato added
as it comes out of the oven. I tried other meat topping
also and they are equally good. Come with a harty appetite
for these are not skimpy pizzas. This is a popular place
on weekends so come early and beat the crowd.

This is the best pizza in town, or possibly the county.
Though they don't offer the exotic choices for topping you
find at Pizza Gourmet, their deep dish sourdough crust
can't be beat.Their fresh garlic, sausage and mushroom
pizza will keep you safe from vampires and get you a good
seat on the bus for a week ;)
