The service was fine.
I think the reviewer who compared this place to Hungry Hunter or Black Angus hit it right on the head. Except for the cartoonish Australian theme, there is no perceptible difference between them. less

We tried the prime rib and were surprised by the relatively larger portion they give (light to medium eaters should to consider the smallest cut for sure). We also appreciated that the meal included a very good Caesar's salad (other steakhouses tend to charge extra). Be prepared to wait a long while for your table however, and I don't think they take reservations. less

I enjoyed the quality of the meat, and for a connoisseur of good old steaks, it is nice to have some variety. You can taste the difference between the meat here and the other corporate steak chains, and although I wouldn't say one is better, I liked this as well as the others and it provided a different flavor. I've given it two tries, with an long wait for a table in both cases, and both times at least one member of the party had to return their mis-cooked steaks (which resulted in a long wait; by the time the steaks were returned, everyone else was done. As for the meat itself, it was OK, but nothing special; about the quality of (say) Black Angus, Charley Brown's, or Hungry Hunter -- in other words a corporate chain steakhouse, with service to match. I might give it a third try if I get dragged off with a group, but don't see any real reason to return otherwise. less
