Went back and had the same thing for breakfast and it was even better than we remembered it! Also went for dinner one night - had the shrimp and grits - they were good - we've had better and bigger portions other places. The She Crab soup was good and we tried the fried green tomoatoes that were very good

Went for Breakfast. Excellent! Had the "Big Nasty Biscuit" - yummy! And had a traditional eggs over easy with grits and biscuit. Awesome!

This small throwback to a time when diners truly enjoyed their meals, not just for the food, but also for the company and the atmosphere, is a pure delight. My grandmother, an ex-diner operator and cook herself, opted for the more traditional country breakfast with bacon, as did I, with the exception that I chose the restaurant ... more

I ate brunch for my sister's graduation there this morning. It was really great - good coffee and excellent service. The food is excellent; Southern food like shrimp and grits, biscuits, omelettes, etc, with some other eclectic additions and menu items. The atmosphere is so cool; like an old-time Southern kitchen.

This nice local, catering restaurant is nice for when you'd like a good meal without a restaurant crowded with tourist. The food is very well prepared, and well priced. The wine is limited but all very delicious and the atmosphere is casual and intimate. Outdoor seating is very nice when the weather permits and the waitstaff is low-key and friendly.
