There is no need to wander south of the border when one can enjoy great Mariachi music, great food and great margaritas in Albuquerque's own backyard. The menu, not surprisingly, offers a wide array of Mexican favorites ranging from sizzling fajitas to burritos the size of rolled up beach towels. For the indecisive the combination plate featuring tamales, tacos, rolled enchiladas, burritos and pasole is a fine choice. A children's menu makes it family friendly. Sunday brunch is very popular.

What you'd expect from a place that serves thousands of meals

a day in half a dozen locations. Ambitious expansion plans haven't

killed the quality of the food, however, its not the best Mexican

in town nor the best value for the money. Still, for out of towners,

you can't go wrong at any of the Gardunos.

One of Albuquerque's top five certainly...the best in atmosphere. Great margaritas! The live music is a nice touch, especially for entertaining out of town visitors. Service can be a little slow, but generally no complaints at any of the Albuquerque Gardunos. Others in Santa Fe, Las Cruces, and Las Vegas, NV. Sadies is still #1 though.

The atmosphere is wonderfull. If you are bringing a guest from out of town for a few drinks, this could be a good choice. The food is average.

Blah, blah, blah. Gringo style mexican food. If you want real Mexican Food, come down south to Las Cruces. The atmosphere is the only thing going for this place. Good tourist stop especially for those who don't have a clue what chile is all about.

The service was ok and most of their seafood entree's went over well but I wasn't impressed with the speed of delivery, but the quality and quantity more than made up for it.
