I found this place by accident. I was lost and it loomed up before me. I'm not sure I'll ever find it again. Which is a shame. There are very few diners like this one left. The food is good, at a decent price. The desserts are even better. The waitresses have been waiting tables all their lives. They are the stereotypical diner waitresses, what you thought only existed in fiction. It is the quintessential diner experience in NJ.

A regular NJ Diner. Good food and plenty of it for the price. They do baking on site. The bugers are good as are the open faced sandwiches. The cheesecake is very good! Lots of parking and a childrens menu.

Typical diner service... Aged waitresses with attitude. But the food is consistently good and cheap. the burgers are good, the fries done correctly... and the grilled cheese is yummy... Be warned if going in the evening.. be prepared to be annoyed by the local teenagers in for a snack... they tend to be rowdy and loud...

I HAD THE OPEN TURKEY AND IT WAS PRETTY GOOD.THE SERVICE WAS PRETTY FAST AND THE WAITRESS WAS VERY FRENDLY. THE ONLY THING I FOUND POOR WAS THE SALAD BAR. NOT WORTH THE TRIP UP TO IT. ALL IT WAS WAS A LITTLE LETTUCE AND ODDS AND ENDS.
