We are from Ireland and were touring New England in October 2006 when
we came across Holderness. We loved the place and particulary dining
and having a few drinks in Walters basin. Such a lovely atmosphere,
kind people and wonderful scenery. Managed to get a window seat in the
restaurant on the 3 occassions we ate there. Try it you surely won't
be disappointed.

Eat in the bar for fun. Great view in the bar or restaurant (ask
for a window seat). Best ribs around. Some truely special "specials"
of the day.

Located on the water.
Lively, attractive bar, lots of locals interacting with tourists.
Seperate, quiet, dining area overlooking the lake.
Bar menu, Dining menu, and specials menu, avaiable
Food is good, with a regular change in specials.
Excellant Sunday brunch with live entertainment.
