After knowing about Tweed's for years, my wife and I finally went on a Saturday night. We arrrived about dinner time and was seated right away. We had the spinach and artichoke dip for an app. and a couple drinks. I had the lobster with sauted mussels special and she had steak dinner. Both meals were fantastic. Her steak was cooked exactly as she likes and the flavors of the rub were not too strong or overpowering. My mussels were simply unbelievable. Nice and tender, with a delicious saute. The lobster was good size, (1.5 lb. aprx), and boiled perfectly. There isn't much to choose from on the dessert menu, but the cheesecake was very good. Overall, we thought the dinner was excellent. The service was prompt, the waitress was very knowledgable, and the food was great. When we were leaving, we noticed there was quite a crowd waiting to get tables. We timed it just right, I guess. We will definitly go back.
