I have missed this place since I moved and brag about their blackened
scallops. I was first introduced to roasted garlic here! My advice
would be to order liberally from the appetizer and wine lists while
you ponder the necessity of an entree. Perhaps you could skip that course
in lieu of a tasty dessert! Yumm!

Very good, very crowded, they don't take reservations. You can
order anything on the menu and it's an excellent choice.

The Eastside Grill serves some of the best fish in Noho. It's
consistently fresh and well prepared. Don't start your
meal without an order of their famous Gorgonzola bread!
The wine list is good, but not spectacular.
The dining rooms are comfortably trendy--jackets and ties are
NOT required. Be sure to arrive early, however, since reservations
are not accepted.

Finest place in Northampton to eat. Really emphasis on blackened
and cajun, but so incredible you must go. It is an experience.
The food is imaginitive and the atmosphere is great and worth
repeating over and over. The service is friendly and worth to
take a trip. Reservations are very much recommended and bring
everyone with you.

The review for this restaurant dated May 4, 2000 is mine. I just
wanted to update it and say that the Eastside Grill is still the
finest place in Northampton to dine. Some of the items on the menu
have changed since then but I have tried alot of the items on it
and have never been disappointed. The service is still top notch
and the crowds are still waiting outside to get in. Make reservations
and arrive early. It's well worth the trouble.

This is one of my very favorite restaurants and it serves my very
favorite appetizer - their gorgonzola garlic bread is a must.
This restaurant features a good variety of imaginative dishes
with an emphasis on cajun and blackened. Located in a very nice
building, great lighting and windows, in downtown Northampton

restaurants. I would definately suggest trying the blackened
scallops-- they are out of this world.

I have to go along with Jim. The food at the Eastside grill is great.
It is easily one of the best eating places in Noho, and we have a
great many to choose from. I'd like to add that the fresh osyter
bar (the only one in Hamp) is A+ with probably the freshest horseradish
(sinus clearing) around.
The place is usually packed, so don't forget to make your reservations.
