I have eaten here only once Because the quality of the food didn't
match the price I paid. But what do you expect from a place that
was named after a man who purposely gave blankets infected with
small pox to the local indians then was locally imortalized as
a hero. The food was fair the prices were not!!

This restaurant has been a disappointment for decades, yet it
continues to survive. Sadly, the Lord Jeff has enormous potential
but demonstrates little ambition. The historic inn, situated
on the Amherst common, affords the diner a lovely setting in which
to ponder the lackluster victuals.

Absoultely do not bother trying to eat here. You will simply waste
your time and money. The overpriced entrees and awful service
pale in comparison to the flavor and presetation of the meals.
Ambiance is beautiful, but uninviting. We have taken the time
to wright this in order to save you restaurant lover from a disasterous
dining experience.
