I would have to agree with the first reviewer except for a few issues.
You do not get a lot for your money and their prices are constantly
going up. Also, stay away from any fish dishes. They are scary.
The bean, rice, and cheese burrito is great. The chile relleno
is also fantastic. Just don't expect to get as much for your
money as you do in southern California.

absolutely, without a doubt, THE BEST mexican eatery in Humboldt
County (Arcata/Eureka, CA area)!!!! if i could give Ricos' the
total # of "rating stars" that it deserves, your server would
be 'bogged down' from data overload!!! they serve breakfast
and lunch/dinner. about 50/50 dine-in and take-out. not a formal
restaurant per se (i.e. has tables with sitting chairs as opposed
to booths/ or built-in dinettes). TERRIFIC value and HUGE servings.
so good that even mexicans eat here!
