I thought the food was excellent. I used to go to a great Mexican Restaurant
in No Long Beach but it closed down 5 years ago. This one is its equal.
Great food and a good price, very friendly servers and I got to fly in
to the airport and park right in front of the building. Does it get better
than that? I am looking forward to their Sunday Brunch.

The Golden Cantina is GREAT !!! I love how they serve beans with the chips and salsa. No one in the Valley
seems to do that. Chili Con Queso was excellent too. View is great at Sundown too. I must
go back to soon !!!

I like the Golden Cantina, especially since it's just down the
street from me. The view is nice when the planes come in and the food is
good. Good food at good prices!

Excellent food. It is authentic. Not only good Mexican, but the steaks
are great, and you get your moneys worth. Best Salsa in California.
Outside patio is great (when the wind is not blowing). Sit a spell, have
one of their signature margaritas and watch the planes land and the
sun set.
LOVE THIS PLACE!

Fabulous restaurant in the middle of nowhere ! Who knew ?!?! Great view,
breathtaking view of the desert and pictureaque views of the small
private planes taking off and landing on the air strip a few feet away
from the dining area. A wonderful get-away spot.

I had brunch at the Golden Cantina one Sunday and was absolutely
impressed with the service, quality, and choice. The view was
beautiful. The entire staff worked as a team, serving, clearing,
right there when you needed refills on beverages. Tehre was no
single person per table, they all worked smoothly together.
They were all polite and helpful. I would highly recommend the
place and will be going back this weekend.

Golden Cantina has one thing going for it: a really nice view of
the desert. Picture windows cover the entire north-facing wall,
offering a breath-taking view of Silver Queen (and the Rosamond
airfield if you really want to see it) at night. The food is only
average, though the bar is quite popular during happy hour. My
biggest complaint is that the help doesn't speak enough English
to understand any special requests you might have on the order.
I had a dispute over my order and never got it resolved because
I couldn't communicate with anyone, even the management. On
the other hand, the sope de camarone (shrimp soup) is absolutely
fantastic, and worth the 15 minutes it takes to cook it.
