I have been a customer for a long time and I have got to say my experience at lunch today was the worst I have ever experienced since this place has opened. We went inside and asked if it was ok if we had lunch outside. The hostess said yes and told us to go and sit at whichever table that we wanted. We chose the one closest to the door and we took our menu's and silverware out with us. Ten minutes later my companion had to go inside to let them know we were still outside. Our waitress came out and took our order. Five minutes later she brought out two glasses of iced tea. One glass you could not see through, the other looked like water. She did not bring out any sugar or sweet n low and there was nothing on the table except our silverware. Ten minutes later I went inside myself to ask for a table set up. We had to ask him to bring out olive oil, (which is usually on the table), he went to get it. 5 minutes later our salads come and we asked the waitress for new bread as the bread we were served was hard as a rock. The waitress took our old bread and came back with our pizza and some new bread. 15 minutes later our waitress comes out with our check. We asked her at that time if there was any way we could get our drinks refilled. She refills them and leaves. We were not offered dessert, and we did plan on having some sheet cake. We were not offered a to go container even though we still had some pizza left. If you are going to have outside seating you have to actually take care of the people that want to sit there. We thought it was just a fluke, but after watching a couple of patrons who also chose to sit outside experiencing the same things we did with a different waitress, we knew it wasn't. They too, were not getting their table set-up even though they had been served their bread........... we offerd up ours. We were told by the Waitress that they were really busy inside. I have been to this place to eat when it was REALLY busy and Im sorry, this was not the case today. I received better service when it was packed wall to wall. When my companion complained to the Hostess while paying our bill, the Assistant Mgr. came up and said "We are really getting slammed right now and sometimes things just go the way they did". We have "off" days now and then". Once again, I don't buy that excuse. What a shame that a great lunch was ruined by poor service and lame excuses. Ralph must not have been in the resturant today because I guarantee it would not have been like this. less
