In a town OVERFLOWING with Mexican Restaurants, Cactus Valley stands as my favorite. Owners are very nice and welcoming. Staff is attentive. Food is EXCELLENT!!

If you are on a health food kick then do not go to cactus valley but if you are like most people looking for great taste then cactus is the place. I find myself never able to finish my entree even though the portions are average. My theory is that there is a high concentration of fat in my enchiladas suizas. Oh well, its one of the best enchiladas i've ever tasted. Throw back a couple coronas and eat a few bowls of chips and I gaurantee an enjoyable experiece every time you attend cactus valley.
