Walking distance from the Ventura Pier, close to downtown farmers market and all the other special events in downtown ventura. It has class and it is a very well established resturant in what used to be the legal seat of all of ventura county law and order. The lobster thermador has been one of my favs for over 20 years.

We were in downtown, and got hungry. Stumbled across this place. GLAD we did. We were early diners, but we were treated as if they had waited all week just so that they could spoil us. The menu options were good, the quality was very good and the service was very good. If you want to take your girlfriend to someplace nice, try here. You won't be sorry. She will be gald you did.

A wonderful old-fashiones steak house from another generation. Red leather banquettes, a long bar and candlelight add to the ambience. Wonderful steaks and wonderful seafood entrees. Located in historic "Downtown Ventura". Definitely a treat for a quiet, romantic dinner.
