This place has perfected the italian beef sandwich. The fact

Zippy's is one of the best kept secrets in ChicagoLand Restaurants.
The food is great. It is probably not good for you, though. This
is like a fast food restaurant. You have to try the cheesy beef.

I found this place by accident and my arteries wil never be the
same. But I love it. Try the Italian Beef and sausage combo, the
waffle cut fries or the deep fried onion rings or mushrooms. Great
and reasonable. Fast service.

You can't beat a cheezy beef. i recommend asking for one with
liquid cheddar (not on the menu), as you can't top it for total
goo. the waffle fries can't seem to be found anywhere else
but here, and they deliver in a timely manner.

Very good fast food. The beefs, gyros, burgers, and chicken is
all better than what you get at the large chains and it costs about
the same amount. Their pizza is alright but I think its mediocre
for the area.

Home of the Cheesy Beef - great tasting and bad for you.
Not my favorite suburban pizza by any means, but not bad for quick
lunch with everyone else.

Home of the Cheesy Beef....Its a must have. Here is the best part,
waffle-cut french fries, only place I have ever had them. And
the waffle-cut makes them perfect for ketchup dipping. Self-serve
soda fountain and quick service. Great lunch.
